The basic design package is for you if you already have a clear brand strategy and vision, but you need a professional designer to translate them visually. This covers all the essentials you will need.
If you need help gaining clarity in your brand and design direction and understand the value that a strategic design gives your business, you'll need the full service. We'll dive deep into the heart of your brand and figure out the best way to translate that into visual form so your brand attracts your ideal clients. Plus, you get unlimited edits.

The starting rate indicated above is only a guide, although the package covers all the essentials every professional website needs . You will receive the actual estimate in the proposal sent to you after the discovery call.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
Get to know our unique, collaborative method for crafting beautiful brands and websites. The Design Process is an organized flow of activity between you and me, so that you know what to expect during our close creative partnership.
Each step is meant to help you achieve your intentions for the design of your bespoke luxury brand identity and website, so that it can support you in achieving your goals for your business. These will vary from client to client, since the process is based on every individual client's needs and requirements. My clients are all busy entrepreneurs and so we will adapt our approach and our timeline to fit your schedule.
Any potential working relationship begins with proper introductions, so please fill out my Inquiry Form to get started. Your form will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends), and then I will reply with an invitation to a complimentary discovery call.
Once I have assessed that the design project you described is a good fit for our design studio, you will receive an email from me with an invitation to a complementary discovery call.
If you wish to proceed, you'll return the signed proposal/contract, and then I'll invoice you for the downpayment on your design project. Then we're all set to start!
We get started! I will send you the link to my Design Questionnaire and Brand Psychology Assessment, which you must fill out completely and in detail. The next step is the Pinterest board workshop, which will be a curated board of your visual inspirations. This is a crucial step in the process. Don't worry, I will guide you.
After you email me your completed Design Questionnaires and curated Pinterest board, I will then email you back if further clarifications are necessary, and we'll set up a brand discovery and design strategy call on Zoom. We'll get to the heart of your brand, and what makes you stand out in the market, and get to know your ideal client avatar.
Upon studying your Design Questionnaire and Pinterest board, I will create a Mood Board based on your answers. A Mood Board provides the direction for your design project’s colour palette and overall brand style. You will get the chance to review the moodboard and color palette and request for refinements until it looks and feels absolutely right.
Once you approve the Mood Board, I will get working on your 2 initial logo design concepts, which will be crafted based on the factors you have outlined in the Design brief and your Pinterest board. You will choose ONE (1) of these design concepts for me to further develop and refine, based on your direction and feedback. (It's a very consultative process.)
At this point, you will have the chance to review and request up to three rounds of refinements to your chosen logo design concept, until you are absolutely happy with it.
The final step of our Brand Design Process is the Final Design Proof. This is when your brand design project finally meets your criteria and you are completely satisfied with your luxury logo design and variations. I will prepare the final deliverables — and send you your final balance via PayPal, which I request you pay promptly.
Once the Final Balance has been paid, I will complete the project and deliver all the brand files, style guides, and associated collaterals to you via Dropbox. You will receive a couple of launch images you can use to share the rebranding on social media or on your website, with a guide on how to implement everything.
If you have ordered the bespoke website design, then the process continues to step 7.
Your new brand identity finalized, it is time to work on your luxury website design. We will have a planning call to discuss the look & feel that you want, your goals & requirements, and whatever functions you need.
Once you submit the content (copy and images), and the web design questionnaire, the actual design process starts. I design based on content, so I require that that complete and final content is submitted before we start.
Using UX design best practices and the brand identity we just designed as a guide, I will start designing your homepage - It sets the tone for the rest of the website. This will be presented to you for review and revisions.
As soon as you approve the homepage mockup, the actual coding and development starts, and I will test your website on a live staging site for you to review all of the pages, and how everything functions.
You will have the chance to request for changes/corrections, until everything is satisfactory and the custom website will be something you'd be proud to show to your dream clients.
We'll install the design on your actual website, and discuss a launch plan, including a schedule for the online launch party! And then you can relax and focus on building your business knowing that your new, beautiful & functional website is working for you.
