Confession: I almost wanted to keep this a secret.
Melika Script is one of my favorite fonts to use when I want to mimic calligraphy on anything and I’m too lazy to do it myself. It has a really nice uneven baseline that’s characteristic of modern calligraphy AND it looks really sweet and pretty! I love the flourishes that you can opt for when you use open type aware applications — you can really make it look handmade.
Look how pretty it is when used on a wedding invitation (in letterpress, of course)!
