Whenever I search for decorating inspiration, I invariably find myself at Joss and Main. It’s my favourite hunting ground for ideas and creative inspiration, and not just for decorating our home. It’s a treasure trove! I love everything they sell! It’s all so tastefully curated that my heart actually skips a beat every time I see a new collection. My biggest frustration is that they don’t ship outside the US (oh, waily waily waily!). You could probably say that it’s therefore an exercise in futility that I even visit the site, and you would be correct! You would also probably be of the male persuasion who doesn’t understand the pleasures of window shopping. 🙂
Anyway, I was doing my usual browsing and I just had to handpick my favourites because they were just dreamy and oh so perfect for my place! You know that I’ve tried to stick to a palette of whites, creams, and taupes in our home (with some metallics thrown in), and it hasn’t been easy finding stuff over here. Joss and Main, however, seems to have everything I want! Check out my top picks:
1. 2-piece Maya Candle Lantern Set (Isn’t it lovely?)
2. Vivian Wall Mirror (it’s so pretty, I could cry!)
3. Silva Chest (I’m drooling over this!)
4. Casablanca Rug (love the pattern, this would be great in the living room)
5. Frontier Rug in Oatmeal (I want this for our bedroom)
6. 3-Piece Fischer Chess Decor (my husband will love this)
7. Celia Ottoman (it’s so perfect!)
8. Reyes Wall Mirror (this one I’m head over heels in love with)
9. Sheffield Arm Chair (I’d place this near the book shelf, as an accent chair)
*Apologies if I wasn’t able to link each item to the page. All of these can be found at jossandmain.com. If you buy any of them, let me know so I can envy you forever after.
Hi pat! We really lean on the same color palette. I really love the classy neutrals! 😉
Yay! That means I have good taste! hahaha! 🙂
Naku, I should be the one to tell you that instead! 😀
Oh, Peachy, you are too kind! I have had no formal training in art or design. I would really have loved to be an architect like you, or at least an interior designer. 🙂
