The post office clerk panicked when I went to her counter and placed all 75 envelopes on top of it. She was fairly new and thought she had to weigh and stamp each one. hahaha! I told her I do this every year, and SingPost actually has a fixed price for Christmas cards in December.
I’ve kept the tradition of sending Christmas cards because nothing beats sending and receiving handwritten messages of joy and hope and thanksgiving during the season!
This year, I was especially excited to send them out because my friend Corinne of CDI Designs printed the most amazing letterpress cards for me! I painted the wreath design in watercolor, and sent her a composite design of the scanned wreath plus the text message.
Aren’t they GORGEOUS?! I designed two versions, one for family & friends, and one for all my special clients this year. I hope everyone likes it, and I hope they realize how much they are appreciated and remembered.
CDI Designs has been in the printing business for decades. Corinne took over from her parents and and led the company to further growth, adding letterpress and other services. I’m in discussions with her to print notecards and other exciting stuff for 2016!
