BOHEMIAN BUNGALOW DESIGN

Bohemian Bungalow Design is an interior design firm in Charlotte, NC specializing in modern, colorful, eclectic interiors (i.e. not your usual Southern decorating style). Wendy Fennell, the dynamic owner and self-confessed maximalist, approached me to redesign her old logo into one that was modern, sophisticated, but fun.

We dove deep into what made her brand unique. Her brand personality is fun, inspirational, joyful, energetic, and friendly. Her business is very much aligned to who she is as a person - she lights up the room, and people are naturally drawn to her energy. We developed a color palette that was bold, vibrant, colorful, and warm. The typography system is modern and bold. The monogram is created out of two letter Bs designed to look like funky chairs. Wendy requested for a secondary icon that was based on one of her wallpaper patterns. She uses her brand marks on her website.
