- BASIC LOGO DESIGN
- CUSTOM WEBSITE DESIGN
Dairing Events is Jacksonville Florida's top wedding planner. They do full-service design and planning and are famous for their unique take on each event, and handling all details with grace and lots of smiles. Their mission is to create and curate one of a kind events for once in a lifetime moments. (Don't you just LOVE it?) I have worked with Adair several times in the past, and absolutely enjoy the process! She's a like a bright light that shines into your heart when you talk to her.
Since the last time we worked together, Adair's business has grown and so has the quality of weddings that she plans. Her reach has also expanded, and she now plans and designs weddings in France as well as locally. She needed a fresh new brand identity, one that captured her creativity and fun personality, but would still be timeless and romantic.
MOODBOARD & COLOUR PALETTE
We kept close to her original color palette, it still is a perfect representation of her brand. We just toned down the colors a bit, and added a neutral gray to soften it and make it more "grown up".
Most of the images in the moodboard are from her portfolio, by the way. She's that good.
This was a radical change from her old one, with more sophisticated typography and cleaner lines accented with lush floral illustrations. She was also launching a sister company, called Dairing Day Of, and she needed a coordinating logo for the other brand.
Since we were redesigning her logo, she decided to make major changes to her website as well. We wanted to showcase how each of her events is so unique and creative, so we used collages everywhere, which gave the website a more personable, dynamic feel. The illustrations in the logo are used as dividers and backgrounds for a cohesive look, but mostly we let her work shine.
The images may be in random, collage-type layouts, but the content is actually organized in a clean grid. Lots of white space surround important sections, and they end in a call-to-action.
The website is optimized for mobile viewing, naturally, and is built on WordPress.
