PROJECT: BASIC LOGO DESIGN
Girls Crew is a Los Angeles based jewelry company incorporating the finest quality & most exclusive designs. Each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted with exceptional materials curated from all over world, and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. I worked with them to design a new logo that was youthful and girly but sophisticated – appealing primarily to a younger demographic (women 18-34). Most of all, they wanted the new logo to have a memorable icon/monogram.
Three words describe the overall mood for this project: girly, intricate, dainty. The color palette is the perfect blend of all three, with black for contrast and to add a level of sophistication (so it’s not that girly – we’re not going for Barbie levels here, more like Gossip Girl.)
