One of my favorite returning clients is Nikolina of Splendida Weddings. She runs a luxury wedding planning & design business in Lisbon, Portugal and has the most refined taste! (Her instagram feed is filled with the most gorgeous wedding inspiration images. ) We worked together a few years ago on her logo, but after a few other wedding planners in her area copied her brand design, she wanted to refresh and update it.
The new look is much more delicate, with botanical details, and a refined calligraphic script.
MOODBOARD
Not my usual style, but this design really calls for a flowy, airy moodboard.
LOGO DESIGN
The new logo for Splendida Weddings has much more delicate lines. We kept the same custom icon that I designed for her before, but replaced the typography completely. This is a custom wordmark paired with a calligraphic typeface. The marble background is also custom.
The submark has a monogram with a hand-drawn illustration that incorporates her symbol.
