PROJECT: BASIC LOGO DESIGN + PROFESSIONAL WEB DESIGN
Top Rated Realty is a boutique office located in the heart of Valley Stream, and was established in 2015 by Dawn Jones, who has over a decade in real estate experience. I worked with Dawn to create a polished brand identity design and website that had all the functions that would help her clients find the home of their dreams.
MOODBOARD
Isn’t the moodboard gorgeous?! Dawn wanted a timeless palette in elegant neutral shades.
LOGO DESIGN
Dawn specified early on that she wanted to include a skyline of New York City in her logo as it’s an integral part of her business identity. She initially thought of a watercolor image, but I showed her how much more elegant and timeless a clean illustration would be.

WEBSITE DESIGN
Dawn wanted her website to have a filter function for properties based on size, price, number of bedrooms, etc., and to integrate with her IDX listings. Having the search bar directly accessible on the homepage improves her website’s usability.
I love that she took my advice to heart when she had her professional headshots taken – and worked with another past client who did her hair and makeup. Her brand photos came out perfectly!
